The U.S. Olympic Team Trials were postponed by USA Diving, the organization announced Wednesday.
The decision was mostly a formality after Tuesday’s announcement that the 2020 Olympics would be postponed to at least the summer of 2021 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
New dates for the event at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis have not been determined, but USA Diving says it is working with the U.S. Olympics and Paralympic Committee and the Indiana Sports Corporation to reschedule the event.
All tickets purchased for the 2020 USA Diving Trials will be automatically applied to the new dates. Hotel reservations booked through the USA Diving’ system will be cancelled without any additional action required.
