Job Title: Head Coach, Swimming

About the position:
This position serves as the head coach of New College of Florida swimming. This includes recruiting scholar athletes, creating practice plans and executing team activities, scheduling competitions, and additional duties.
Examples of Duties: The Head Coach of swimming will be directly responsible for the recruitment of student athletes specialized in swimming. The head coach is responsible for maintaining academic recruiting standards, and recruiting athletes who fit New College’s mission of creating the best Liberal Arts atmosphere in the country.The Head Coach of swimming will be responsible for the scheduling and execution of all New College swimming practices, meet’s, and other team activities.
