New Awards for Age Group Swimmers Coming in 2026

Every sport has its marquee night.

For USA Swimming, that spotlight has long belonged to this weekend’s Golden Goggles, where Olympians and National Team stars are celebrated.

What about the next generation building the sport from the bottom up?

That’s where the ORCAs come in.

This April 2026 in St. Petersburg, Florida, ISCA will host the inaugural ORCAs Awards, the first national celebration designed specifically for age group swimming. Think of it as the sport’s version of the ESPYs, but focused on age group athletes and everyday heroes who make swimming thrive in local pools and clubs across the country.

A Founder’s Vision

The ORCAs were spearheaded by Doug Fonder, who saw a gap in how the sport celebrates itself.

“The ORCAs are about celebrating the heart of swimming,” said Fonder. “Golden Goggles will always honor our Olympians. The ORCAs give grassroots swimmers, coaches, and families their own moment. These are the kids who could one day be wearing the Team USA cap in Melbourne in 2032.”

More Than an Awards Night

This won’t just be a banquet with trophies. The ORCAs are planned as a full weekend experience:

  • Pool and open water swims for all ages
  • Workshops and team-building activities
  • The ISCA Hall of Fame inductions on Friday night
  • A Saturday evening awards ceremony for athletes, coaches, parents, volunteers, specialty programs, and community leaders

By weaving fun, recognition, and education together, the event is designed to feel as inspiring as it is celebratory.

A Perfect Complement to Golden Goggles

Golden Goggles will continue to shine a light on Olympic champions. The ORCAs will shine brightly on the grassroots level. Together, the two events create a complete picture of the sport: from the 8-year-old just learning how to race, to the elite athlete standing on the Olympic podium.

This vision also matches the priorities of new USA Swimming CEO Kevin Ring, who has emphasized the importance of strengthening the base of the sport as part of a smarter path forward. Read more about his approach here.

Save the Date

The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront will host the inaugural ORCAs, offering a family-friendly venue close to pools, beaches, and downtown activities.

Mark your calendars for April 17–18, 2026…a weekend to remember—where club swimming gets the spotlight it deserves.

Google pays $300 on a regular basis. My latest salary check was $8600 for working 10 hours a week on the internet. My younger sibling has been averaging $19k for the last few months, and he constantly works approximately 24 hours. I’m not sure how simple it was once I checked it out.

This is my main concern………………. Www.Cash43.Com
