Division II Polls: Drury Men Surge to Top Spot, Queens Women Break Tie
Drury has jumped to the top spot in the latest men’s Division II rankings, while Queens has broken a tie with the University of Indianapolis atop the women’s rankings.
The latest rankings, compiled by the College Swimming and Diving coaches Association of America (CSCAA), were released Tuesday.
Drury was third in the last rankings but, with 146 points, surged one point ahead of UIndy to displace them from the summit. Queens dropped from second to third with 141 points. McKendree is up a spot to fourth, hopscotching over Colorado Mesa.
Queens and UIndy had been tied atop the women’s poll last time. But with 150 points, Queens is the solo occupant of the top spot, with Indy second at 144. Drury holds the third spot. Big moves on the women’s side include Nova Southeastern (seventh to fourth), Tampa (10th to sixth) and Wingate (13th to eighth).
