Last week, a new draft of the Athlete Partnership Agreement emerged. The new version looks very similar to the original plan that was approved by USA Swimming’s Board of Directors last May, but includes some wording that answers many of the concerns that came with the original partnership. It is a topic that we’ve covered from the start here on Split Time, and I figured this would be as good a time as any to review the progression of this very important piece of legislation. For today’s show we’re going back to look at some of the interviews we’ve done on the APA.
