Video Interviews from Friday Night at NCAP Invite

Following an exciting Friday night session at the Nation’s Capital Invitational (which was broadcast live on Swimming World TV), Swimming World’s David Rieder caught up with several of the top performers from the session.

Each gave their thoughts on their performance from the evening and explained how they navigated busy event lineups to still post fast swims. They also previewed the still-to-come Saturday and Sunday finals sessions, which will again be streamed live beginning just after 5:30 p.m. each day.
