The final prelim session of the 2016 Patriot League Swimming and Diving Championships was highlighted by Navy’s Kenzie Margroum, who set a new league and meet record in the women’s 100 free. Her time of 49.47 broke the old record set back in 2009.

The Navy women are in good position to maintain their lead heading into the final night of competition with 12 swimmers in an A final and 2 in a B final.

The Navy men are also in good standing to win their 14th-consecutive Patriot League title with ten swimmers in an A final and one in a B final. Army, however, will look to close the gap as they placed 11 swimmers in an A final and two in a B final.
