Nathan Adrian attended his 10th straight Golden Goggles awards show this past week, in recognition of his 10th straight year as a part of a U.S. national team and winning at least one international medal. This year, he won silver in the 100 free at the World Championships, took home three relay golds and was named a U.S. team captain.

Adrian commented on what his long streak of attendance about Golden Goggles said about his consistency, and he also explained why he was looking forward to seeing the entire U.S. team recognized for a its performance at World Championships, instead of only celebrating single moments. Adrian also commented briefly about how it felt to watch the likes of Caeleb Dressel and Chase Kalisz transform themselves into superstars.
