Mallory Comerford talked to Swimming World on Monday at the 2018 Golden Goggles Awards in New York City about her experience being in New York City for the first time and having the opportunity to spend the weekend with her brother.

Comerford also talked about how she loved visiting with national team teammates at the awards show and being able to see the people she does not get to see too often.

Comerford is currently in her senior year at the University of Louisville where she is the two-time reigning NCAA Champion in the 200 free. She is also searching for her first 100 free title at NCAA’s this season, and is looking to bring Louisville to the top four for the first time in school history. Louisville placed an historic fifth place at NCAA’s last year, the highest finish ever for the school.
