Main Set There is only one main set to this work-out but it is done in rounds of 25, 50, 75 ,100. The workout starts out easy and the first few rounds take place of a warm up. If a swimmer misses an interval they are done with the workout. Every following time the twister is completed the swimmer tries to make it to a further point ina round or to a differnt round. 5 x 25 on :55
5 x 50 on 1:30
5 X 75 on 2:00
5 x 100 on 2:30
Round 2 25 on :45
50 on 1:15
5 X 75 on 1:40
100 on 2:05
Round 3, 4, 5 . . . Repeat the workout above but decrease the interval as follows:
25's by :10
50's by :15
75's by :20
100's by :25
Warm-Down 200 Anything

Total = Vary SC Yards
