Georgia’s Courtney Harnish swam a life-time best to win the women’s 1650 free at the 2018 SEC Championships. The rookie was the only swimmer in the field to break the 16-minute barrier, stopping the clock in 15:57.68.

She talks about the atmosphere at her first SEC Championships, citing cheering on her teammates as her favorite part. The Georgia Bulldog also discusses the training environment in college.
