Off Deck: Nathan Adrian Looks Back on His Long Career as Push for Fourth Olympics Begins

After picking up the win in the 100 free at the Arena Pro Swim Series meet in Mesa, Ariz., Nathan Adrian spoke with Swimming World. Check out that interview on today’s episode of Off Deck.

In the interview, Adrian explained his thoughts on swimming the second-fastest time in the world in the men’s 100 free, his tinkering with his race strategy and what changes he made in his training after competing last month for the first time since the Olympics. Adrian also looked back on his favorite memories from his first of three Olympics and reflected on his longevity in the sport.
