The psych sheets for the 2018 NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships has been released. The meet begins two weeks from today on the campus of the University of Minnesota. Texas is looking to win its fourth straight NCAA title as they have 15 invited swimmers while Cal and Florida will be nipping at their heels to get the job done. Cal has not won the team title since 2014 and Florida has not won since 1984. If the Gators do come away with the team title, it will be the first time a team from the SEC has won since Auburn did it in 2009.

The line was at 28 for most of the events with the exception of it being at 30 for the 100 fly (because of a tie at 29th). Six events were at 29, while seven were at 28.

Any way to get more tickets? Doesn’t make sense to have this small of a venue for such a big meet…. My son is swimming and we aren’t even able to get tickets.

Contact the Director of Operations of the schools with the least qualifiers. There are parents who pre purchased tickets that would like to sell them if their athlete didn’t make it. Many offer them at the meet, but better to try ahead of time. Good luck to your athlete and hope you find tickets.
